Kate Hopkins solo exhibition, her second with the gallery. Hopkins trained at the Slade School of Fine Art where she was awarded the Boise Travel Scholarship, the Elizabeth Greenshields Award and the Duveen Travel Scholarship. She paints from observation; scrutinising objects against their surroundings, often returning to the same subject again and again. The exhibition will comprise a selection of still lifes, from flowers and fruit to cakes and cosmetics.
