Description

Ceramic Sculpture

On this Ceramic Sculpture course you’ll learn new skills in contemporary ceramic sculpture.

Learn all the hand building ceramic techniques from pinch pots to coiling, slab building and working with moulds.

You’ll learn how to glaze, work with oxides and slips. We will introduce you to a range of different clays that we fire to stoneware temperatures.

You’ll be encouraged to draw and gather visual information in sketchbooks to inspire your work. So that once you learn all the techniques you can focus on your own projects with the guidance and support of your tutor.
